French Madeleine
We may associate the comeback to school with many things: professor, recreation, punishment, etc. But there is one moment that we regret in particular: snacking! Here is a typically French receipe, which will certainly create a desire to take a break around 16:00.
IGREDIENTS :
225 g of flour,
175 g of sugar,
100 g of butter,
1 packet of yeast,
4 eggs,
1 lemon,
1 pinch of salt.

PREPARATION :
1/ In a terrine, mix up together eggs, sugar until the latter becomes completely melted.
Add up some flour and yeast sifted together, grated lemon zest and then melted butter.
2 /Butter Madeleine forms with a brush.
Powder it with flour and shake it to get rid off the excess.
3/ Fill every form at 3/4 level with the help of a tea spoon.
Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oven at 220 C (7 on thermostat)
Put the forms in the oven and make it cook during 8 minutes approximately.
