The Hot Chocolate

Nothing is better than having a tasty hot chocolate with your friends seating at a terrace, when the weather is getting colder and colder. It is a way to keep you warm and to remind you some good smellings from your childwood. If you do not want to be disapointed by your hot beverage, you should go definitly to some places Angelina, Jean-Paul Hevin or Ladurée to quote only some of them. And what about making it yourself?

Ingredients: 3 cups of milk, semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped finely.

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles just begin to form around the edges, but don’t let the milk reach a rapid, rolling boil.
  2. Stir in the chocolate until it melts.
Remove the hot chocolate from the stove, and immediately pour it into mugs.
