It’s not a secret that De Jeunes Gens Modernes and Kitsuné are in love with this very special district of Paris : Palais Royal. So we were very pleased to welcome in the area a new small café called le Telescope. Here is a short interview of our new neighbors David and Nicolas.

 

Djgm: Who are you?

Nicolas et David: Two coffee craftsmen, who accomplish their dream with Telescope.

What is the concept of Telescope?

We simply put end to end all our expectations we have about coffee.

Why did you choose Le Palais Royal?

For its garden.

How do you feel yourself after one week of opening?

Like the astronauts after taking off.

How did you become passionate about coffee?

Since we have drunk some really good.

Your favorite moment of the day to drink coffee?

Coffee is malicious, it knows how to find its place for every moment of the day. The best moment to drink filtered coffee? In the morning with a good toast. Espresso?After the lunch. Double? The following day.
