Maison Kitsuné – "Sakura" capsule collection

It all starts with the beginning of Spring with a picnic to admire the blossoming cherry trees. This is the meaning of “hanami”, one the most important moments of the year in Japan, at the end of March and early April.

Indeed, the Japanese traditional custom refers to the blooming of cherry blossom trees  as “sakura”

Enjoying the ephemeral beauty of flowers.

Inspired by this tradition, the founders and artistic directors of Maison Kitsuné, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki have imagined a new capsule collection to celebrate the one-year anniversary of their boutiques in Tokyo.

“Sakura” capsule collection is now available on our e-shop.

This unisex capsule collection, including a short sleeved sweatshirt, a T-shirt, a shopping bag and an iPhone case, feature a distinguished floral print that pays tribute to all the delicacy of the cherry blossoms with its blue and pink pastel shades.

This collection will be available starting March 26th, 2014 in the Maison Kitsuné boutiques of Paris, New York and Tokyo, and our webstore.

Enjoy the delicate blooms this spring!
