#KitsuneBoulevard – Design & Architecture

Telling you a bit more about Maison Kitsuné's brand new boutique on Paris' boulevard...

Last week we officially announced the opening of Maison Kitsuné’s fourth & largest Parisian shopping space and today we’re taking you for a little tour!

Located at the heart of Paris, our new boutique was designed on the base of a collaboration with French architectural agency HAau and Nicolas Dorval-Bory Architectes agency and evokes a villa inspired by the Californian aesthetic of David Hockney.

Upstairs on the Boulevard Filles du Calvaire level, the boutique features two large white beams where our Maison Kitsuné’s latest collection hangs delicately upon it, introducing a touch of poetry and levity to the structure inspired by American minimalist artists, such as John McCracken and Sol LeWitt.

The transition from the boutique to Café Kitsuné is made via a monumental Marmoreal staircase where you can find a intimate and tucked away spot from the urban bustle.
