CARTER REEVES
Anybody can resonate with Carter Reeves authentic songwriting, woven with laid back surf chords, and melodic intonation. Delicately combining indie, pop and hip hop into its own unique identity. While he’s not in love with the term ‘bedroom pop,’ Carter is consumed with producing, singing, and writing almost exclusively out of his bedroom studio.
DELIA DANE
Delia Dane is a Los Angeles based artist that went through a long journey before finding her sound. She now produces music with her own message at the forefront. Her music remains largely centered around queer storytelling and reflects her experiences. According to Delia Dane, there has always been a stereotype about her having a strong exterior but, she describes herself as a soft and sensitive person and her falsetto, breathy vocals are a stark juxtaposition to her perceived personality.
HAIVA RU
Haiva Ru writes, produces, and performs all of her own music. Her celestial vocals and infectious melodies are at the center of her dynamic indie-rock production. Her upbringing in California, marked by her hometown Santa Barbara’s coastal vibes, pierces through her songs, bringing a buoyancy to her most sentimental and poignant lyrical content.
LOMELI
Los Angeles based producer and songwriter LOMELI utilizes moody chord progressions, break beats, and soulful harmonic melodies that create a unique fusion of indie rock and hip hop. His latest release, Slow Scene Familiar, is catchy, captivating, and hook-driven; its tracks are carefully constructed and rife with euphoric string sections and unexpected key changes. While the album at large is sonically cohesive, LOMELI’s latest effort offers the listener thirteen tracks of distinct sounds, memorable melodies, and a listening experience that they will come back for again and again and again. To call his songs mesmerizing would be an understatement.
