Les Gordon – Atlas Remix EP
After his first super-successful single "Atlas" Les Gordon strikes back with a bunch of new remixes!
After one huge success on his debut EP’s single “Atlas”, Les Gordon is coming back to release a pack of fresh remixes!
For this occasion, the uprising producer from Rennes frees the stringed instruments he perfectly masters. The result? A cascade of guitar notes, sprinkled with cello and auto-harp that rushes to the head.
This fine-tuned combination proves to be a winning one as the EP’s eponymous track Atlas fast reached a million streams in two months. On this new remix release, we’re inviting you to explore the many facets of Atlas’ addicting melodies through the works of remixers Kidswaste, Danglo, Douchka and Roisto.
Les Gordon, aka producer Marc Mifune, has been progressing his way to the top of the electronic music scene for the past two years. In 2013, Les Gordon seized the incredible opportunity to precede the international artist Stromae on the TransMusicales festival’s stage, and to open for Madeon at the Parisian venue Le Trianon. Flash forward a few years later, he supports French band Fauve on their spring tour.

#KitsuneAmerica 4 – At the Drive In With Joyce Wrice!
Kitsuné is taking you to the movies for its 4th Kitsuné America Episode... A brand new compilation coming to your ears on May 25th!
On May 25th Kitsuné is releasing its 4th #KitsuneAmerica compilation! Full of new gems coming freshly from the States, we’re taking you day by day closer to the musicians!
Based in Los Angeles, Joyce Wrice is another singer/songwriter plotting the future of soul within an electronic context. Dangerously languorous ‘Home Alone’ is a slow, slightly schizophrenic r’n’b smoocher that’s hard to resist.
After a ride to the drive in with us, the beautiful Joyce gave us her own city guide of her hometown: Los Angeles!
What is your favourite museum in Los Angeles ?
I was able to watch a short film by Kahlil Joseph at The Underground Museum and ever since my first trip there, I couldn’t stop myself from not going back there! In addition to the beautiful interior design, they have so many great books, and vinyl records for you to read and listen to.
The best place to have a drink ?
I like Bar Nine and Jerry’s Flying Fox!
The nicest walk?
The nicest walks I’ve had are the ones with dogs that are up for adoption. We walk and run around the Fairfax and Melrose area and it’s very therapeutic for me.
The best place to eat?
The Serving Spoon! They also have a really good music playlist and that’s always a plus for me.
The best club or venue in town?
I haven’t been to too many clubs in LA. I follow my DJ friends around like Sean g, Siik, PJ and Drewbyrd and go to whatever club they’re playing at. For live shows, I really like the Bootleg Theater. I saw KING and Quadron there and left feeling super elated.

Maison Kitsuné in New York’s Rivington Street!
Kitsuné is adding a new hot spot to its New York City boutique list: Lower East Side here we come!
Back in 2012 Maison Kitsuné opened its first New York flagship store in the heart of Broadway, three years later we’re proud to announce our second outpost located at Rivington Street and Bowery on New York’s historic Lower East Side!
Conceived by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, co-founders and creative directors, the space is a tight and intimate 700-square-feet, where all of our latest collections, music and accessories are to be discovered.
“The Lower East Side is the ideal neighborhood to unveil our second boutique,” says Gildas. “There’s an independent vibe and a natural convergence of music and fashion here that perfectly reflects the spirit of Maison Kitsuné.”
Modelled after the first flagship store, located on the ground floor of the NoMad Hotel at West 28th Street and Broadway, Maison Kitsuné Rivington offers in some way a more feminine and intimate space within New York’s downtown scene.
As it is of the house’s tradition, we’re launching a very special Maison Kitsuné Rivington capsule collection featuring a gray cotton sweatshirt and t-shirt with the signature of our favorite tricolor fox among various patterned patches, sold exclusively at the boutique!
Wait till you step inside our extravagant-wallpapered and red-velvet-carpeted fitting rooms…

Straight from the Brazilian seaside, uprising producer Cesare delivers a bunch of sparkling remixes out March 9th on Kitsuné!
After a bunch of acclaimed productions, including his catchy remix of Citizens! ‘Lighten Up’, to be taken from their forthcoming album, Cesare is back fresher than ever with four delightful springlike remixes!
The Brazilian producer is one of those who turn everything into gold. With his new EP he reinvents some made-in-Kitsuné gems like Chela’s hit ‘Romanticise’, Kilo Kish’s evocative ‘On The Way’, or Buscabulla‘s vaporous ‘Métele’ and in that way shows off perfectly his talent.
In other words, Cesare is about to give you a foretaste of summer with a pinch of disco-funk so get ready for a beach party in Copacabana!

We’re back for another round of musical surprises! This year, Kitsune Maison 16 – The Sweet Sixteen Issue is about showcasing some of the most exciting artists of tomorrow with a little ‘teen years nostalgia’ twist!
This week we’re giving a huge round of applause for Kitsuné’s disco king : Tobtok ! With one remix and a bonus track featured on the compilation, he certainly has the right ingredients to make us dance…
Coming straight from Sweden, Tobtok is another firm ambassador of a certain French sound, discoey, poppy and excitingly musical. Check the many Nile Rodgers-inspired funky licks or the enthralling chord progressions springing up on most of his productions. Romantic just the way we like it…
Now it’s time to put on those headphones and jump back in those early guitary years…

WHEN I WAS SIXTEEN
1/ Picture
The picture I have chosen is a photo that represents the beauty and gloom of my hometown, Uppsala. The city where I grew up in and is closest to my heart.
2/ Tune
The song that reminds me of my teenage years is Led Zeppelin – ‘Since I’ve Been Loving You’, which is one of my all time favorites.
3/ Memory
The best memory of this period is the state of mind I had as any other teenager. Naive and without any major worries. It was like you never knew that life was fragile and that life was eternal!

We’re back for another round of musical surprises! This year, Kitsune Maison 16 – The Sweet Sixteen Issue is about showcasing some of the most exciting artists of tomorrow with a little ‘teen years nostalgia’ twist!
This week we’re taking you on a rocking trip with the Birmingham band JAWS and their track ‘Think Too Much, Feel Too Little’!
JAWS comes as a four-piece band formed at College in the UK that certainly has caught the musical scene’s attention. These barely legal youngsters’ breathy ‘guitar pop’ revisits the greats (Stone Roses, New Order, The Cure…) whilst adding their own catchy little pop twists to the procedure. After a handful of acclaimed singles, much touring and a growing fanbase, they’re ready to go stratospheric!
Put on those headphones and jump back in those early guitary years with their #KitsuneSweet16 track:

WHEN I WAS SIXTEEN
1/ Picture
Attached a picture of me (Connor) and Eddy at Reading Festival back in 2013. The picture just reminds me to enjoy myself and not worry about the small stuff, which is something I do a lot!
2/ Tune
The song this picture reminds me of is ‘Entombed’ by Deftones. We were actually watching them while this picture was taken.
3/ Memory
Everything around that time was a great memory but we had played at the festival earlier on that day and that was huge for us. A great memory that I’ll have forever.
