He has directed music videos for bands like M83 and also co-wrote the Larry Clark feature <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matthew-frost.com\/wassuprockers.html\">Wassup Rockers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate it&#8217;s new formula the French magazine <a href=\"http:\/\/jalouse.fr\/\">Jalouse<\/a> appeals to Matthew Frost for a short&#8230; &#8220;Une Fille Comme Les Autres&#8221; starring the beautiful Ashley Smith, an idle girl who lives in Paris and does shopping at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Kitsun%C3%A9-Boutique\/78009401475\">Maison Kitsun\u00e9 boutique<\/a> &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/34247028?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Matthew&#8217;s interview :<\/p>\n<p><strong>How did you get into photography? <\/strong><br \/>\nThrough film. I first started directing then got into taking pictures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your very first picture? <\/strong><br \/>\nMy first published job assignment was to shoot <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matthew-frost.com\/johnbaldessari.html\">John Baldessari<\/a> in his Santa Monica studio. Sick.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your best memory of a shoot?<\/strong><br \/>\nI once had a large Lama brought to a shoot at an old house way outside of Paris only to find that the neighbour randomly had one too. It just stared at us casually over the wall as it&#8217;s handler struggled to get the other one out of his truck.  &#8220;Why didn&#8217;t you just ask me?&#8221;, he was probably thinking &#8220;I&#8217;m right here&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your worst?<\/strong><br \/>\nNot really worst but I once hired an actor to swim laps in pool for a spot and it turned out he didn&#8217;t know how to, at all.<br \/>\nSo don&#8217;t believe actors or double check if they tell you they&#8217;re good at swimming!<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing you are proud of?<\/strong><br \/>\nI\u2019m proud to be <a href=\"http:\/\/onlinegooner.com\/\">Gooner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you dream to take a picture of? <\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Rkelly\">R.
