Shipping & Returns
Due to the current global health situation, please allow for extra processing and shipping times, as we have implemented social distancing as a precaution for the team in our distribution center.
We have extended our return policy to 30 days for your convenience.
Maison Kitsuné North America website ships to residential and business addresses within the United States and Canada.
We deliver to the United States and Canada with FedEx from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Canadian customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
There is no Saturday delivery. Please note that ground and priority shipping imply business days only. If you place your order on a Thursday and select priority delivery, you will receive it the following Monday.
Damages & Missing Items
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, contact Maison Kitsuné customer service right away. A customer service representative will provide you with next steps.
Items which are unavailable at the time of shipment will be marked “unshipped” on the receipt provided in your package. If this is not the case and an item is missing, please contact Maison Kitsuné customer service as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Full price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags and packaging.
No returns or exchanges on all sale merchandise. All underwear, bathing suits, hosiery and jewelry are final sale. Store orders can be returned for a credit in that location only.
For US refunds we deduct $10 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds for exchanges and store credit are free. Refunds may only be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
If you would like to make a return/exchange from Canada, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and duties costs. Please request a Canadian return/exchange by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returning an Item
If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order information.
If your return request is accepted, a customer service representative will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number and all mail-in returns must be mailed directly to our distribution center. We will not accept returns mailed to our corporate office or retail locations.
If you are making a return for online store credit, you will receive your credit as soon as your item has been dropped off and scanned in by FedEx.
If you are making a return for a refund, please allow 5-10 business days of processing time.
You will receive a final confirmation email and credit notice once we have processed your return for a refund.
Maison Kitsuné reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.
