Forged in late 2020 at Hi Frisco’s ‘calmer than you are’ studio in London, Reflection started out as a casual writing session between longtime friends Henry (Hi Frisco) & Nick (CHERITON). It gradually evolved with Felix joining the sessions in early 2021, adding his idiosyncratic inflections to the fledgling song. Lyrically ‘Reflection’ is a holiday break-up tune, all those issues in a relationship that finally come to a head when you get away with one another. It's a combination of the jet lag, the heat & the booze.. it tips things over the edge. It's a song for all the solo drinkers at the airport bars all over the world.
