Under the care of Chilean chef Cristian Encina, Ina Ré brings a contemporary cuisine, with Mediterranean inspiration and Latin flavours to Bali. A 660 square metre restaurant which revolves around inspired dishes and shared plates for a capacity of 110 guests, alongside a fully-stocked wine cave, its menu spans everything from the namesake Ina Ré local seafood paella to fresh ceviche and wood-fired wagyu.​
