Café Kitsuné and Daimant Collective are joining forces for an exclusive collaboration, rolling out simultaneously at their Paris locations throughout February 2026: modern and generous creations at the crossroads of fashion, lifestyle, and gastronomy.

This collaboration resulted in three co-designed creations, conceived as a botanical reinterpretation of the iconic Café Kitsuné designs from February 3rd to Mars 1st 2026 included.

Available in our Louvre, Opéra, Palais Royal and Tuileries Café Kitsuné eat-in our take away. (Except Sando at Café Kitsuné Palais Royal)

SANDO

Vegan sando bread, katsu-style tofu, lemon mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, matcha coleslaw Café Kitsuné.

Madeleine

Light madeleine with notes of rose and orange blossom, pistachio glaze.
