This coffee is produced on the terroir of Mocaca at medium altitude in the region of Sao Paulo in Brazil. It derives from a sustainable and ethical culture. Initiated by the Fazenda Am- biental Fortaleza, this unique sustainable coffee growing project, involves 50 coffee growers whom adopted a quality charter with a no-chemical policy, promoting hand-picking, the plantation of shade trees and smart-irrigation. Through these environmentally friendly practices, we ensure the profitability of farms and an excellent quality of coffee. This results in a coffee of character with notes of yellow fruits, chocolate and caramel. A coffee with a gourmet nose, round and sweet body. Ideal to ease your way into a gentle morning.
