The concept behind Café Kitsuné is to create and operate a space that marries the simplistic beauty of the small and intimate coffee bars with the style and cool of everything that Café Kitsuné undertakes. Café Kitsuné pays tribute to the pleasure of enjoying a quality coffee in locations that are both modern, cosmopolitan and welcoming.

The coffee served at the Café Kitsuné is full-bodied and flavoursome, with notes of chocolate and grilled hazelnuts, a hint of cherry and a texture that is both smooth and syrupy, lingering on the palette.

It can be enjoyed in situ or as a take-away and comes as an espresso, macchiato, americano, latte, cappuccino, dirty chai, cortado, at white or mochaccino. From Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Salvador and Guatemala, the coffee beans are roasted with the utmost care.

ROASTERY

It’s just a short step from passion to high standards… And Café Kitsuné soon wanted to master every stage of the process, from sourcing
the bean right through to the degustation.

In the context of this global vision – both qualitative and sustainable – a roastery was opened in Japan in Okayama in 2019. In 2021, the first roastery in Europe is inaugurated, Café Kitsuné Vertbois, with this new address adding another dimension to the delight of enjoying specialty coffee in Paris.

ROASTING WORKSHOP

Café Kitsuné Vertbois is the only Café Kitsuné address in Europe to possess its own roasting atelier. From June 2021, it will also be the only one in the world to offer themed workshops dedicated to coffee culture, open to both connoisseurs and amateurs. The greatest passions are those that are shared… The launch of the Café Kitsuné Vertbois Coffee Workshops today makes perfect sense.

 

Every Saturday, with a journey in 4 stages (to be organised according to participants’ desires) to discover the fascinating world of speciality coffee. The Workshops are limited to 3, 4 or 6 people, for a completely personalized experience.
