Maison Kitsuné x Bonpoint Contest

To mark the launch of its upcoming Maison Kitsuné x Bonpoint collaboration from Spring / Summer 2026 season, Maison Kitsuné is organizing a Contest for eligible visitors to the website https://maisonkitsune.com/ interested in participating (the “Contest”).

CREDITS: Ben&Jo. The creative agency Ben&Jo, in cooperation with Kitsuné, designed and produced assets (including illustrations, graphic elements, and layouts) for the creation and development of the Contest.

Participants must play the Contest and find the three logos hidden within the allotted time to be eligible to win one of the following potential prizes, awarded at random: a €20 voucher, a gift, or a full look from the collaboration Maison Kitsuné x Bonpoint.

Maison Kitsuné has drafted and published these Official Rules, which shall apply as of right to each potential participant and shall govern every step of the Contest, including, without limitation the eligibility conditions and entry requirements, the submission and validation of entries, the closing of the entry period, the conduct of the Contest and the random allocation of prizes, the designation, verification and notification of the winners and the awarding and delivery of the prizes (the “Official Rules”).

1.     The Sponsor:

The Sponsor of the Contest is KITSUNE FRANCE, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) governed by French law with a share capital of 239,928.60 euros incorporated with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under registration number 442 154 456 with registered office located at 9, rue du Helder 75009 Paris, France (the “Sponsor”).

2.     Participants in the Contest

2.1 Eligibility:

This Contest is open only to individuals who have reached the age of majority and who have full legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence.

2.2 Availability:

Contest is accessible from a dedicated page on the maisonkitsune.com website and for any country eligible for delivery from this website (for more information: https://maisonkitsune.com/fr_en/delivery).

The Sponsor is entitled to promote the Contest through the communication channels of its choice (including but not limited to newsletters, social media, sponsored posts, etc.) and, if it deems it relevant, by targeting the territories, areas or audience of its choice in this way.

2.3 Participation method:

Step 1: Landing page where potential participants shall enter their personal and valid email address and opt-in to participate, to receive the Maison Kitsuné and Kitsuné Group newsletters and to agree to the Official Rules of the Contest. Any individual meeting the eligibility requirements for the Contest and registering their entry in accordance with these Official Rules will be deemed as a “Participant.”

Step 2: Participant shall find three logos in an image within the time limit of 50 seconds. If the Participant manages to find all three logos within the time limit, Participant proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Participants who have successfully completed step 2 are automatically redirected to a results page informing them whether they have won or lost, and, if applicable, the prize won. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that successfully completing step 2 does not necessarily guarantee the winning of a Prize, particularly given the odds of winning set forth in these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

3.     Agreement to the Official Rules:

By entering the Contest, the Participant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that Participant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, Participant agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

4.     Entry Period:

For all eligible territories, excluding Japan, entries will be accepted online starting from March 31, 2026, 10:00 (Paris Time) and ending on April 21, 2026, 18:00 (Paris Time).

For the Japanese website, entries will be accepted online starting from March 31, 2026, 17:00 (Tokyo Time) and ending on April 22, 2026, 01:00 (Tokyo Time).

The entry must fulfill all Official Rules requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the Prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Participants shall enter only once. Participants must provide the information requested. Participants shall not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If Participants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, its submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and the awarding of one or more prizes may be withdrawn retrospectively in the event of fraud or other proven non-compliance with the rules.

5.     The Prizes:  

The “Prize(s)” at stake in the context of the Contest are as follows:

-        a €20 “Gift Voucher” via a unique promo code. Terms of use: Valid only on the maisonkitsune.com, for 3 months maximum, valid only on full-price collections, applicable in all eligible countries and that cannot be combined with other promotions.

-        a “Gift” determined and selected by the Sponsor. 

-        a ”Full Look” from the collaboration Maison Kitsuné x Bonpoint from the Spring / Summer 2026 collection, including two (2) ready-to-wear pieces and one (1) accessory determined and selected by the Sponsor.

All the products listed herein shall be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

If the Prize won is a Gift Voucher, the corresponding code will automatically and immediately appear on the winner's screen. This code can be used when paying for products on the maisonkitsune.com website. The code can only be used once and for the payment of a single order.

If the Prize won is a Gift or a Full Look, the applicable Prize will be sent directly by the Sponsor to the Winner, provided that the Winner has fulfilled all the conditions of the Official Rules and has transmitted all the information requested by the Sponsor within the deadlines imposed by the Sponsor.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

In the event that the Validity Prize Duration is exceeded, the Winner will not be able to ask for any form of additional compensation and will not be able to engage the liability of the Sponsor

6.     Odds:

Successfully finding all three logos does not automatically result in a prize being awarded; a random selection is then required. This selection process may result in no prize being awarded, particularly depending on the total number and daily number of prizes available. The Sponsor may adjust the criteria for selecting winners and prizes to ensure the proper running of the Contest.

As part of the Contest, the maximum number of Prizes available is as follows:

• Gift Vouchers: total stock: 300; maximum daily winnings: 22.
• Gift: total stock: 30; maximum daily winnings: 2.
• Full Look: total stock: 10; maximum daily winnings: 1.

The above quantities represent the maximum number of Prizes that may be awarded in connection with the Contest. The Sponsor does not guarantee that all Prizes will be won or awarded, as the actual number of Prizes distributed may depend, inter alia, on the number of eligible Participants, the outcome of the random selection, and compliance with the eligibility and participation requirements set out in these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and these Official Rules, to adjust the allocation of prizes or the method of determining winners where reasonably necessary for the proper administration of the Contest.

7.     Winner selection and notification:

When a Participant finds all three logos within the allotted time, he/she accesses the random selection.

The drawing is conducted electronically and may result in no Prize being awarded or in the awarding of one of the Prizes listed, if available.

If a Prize is awarded after the drawing, under the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Participant receiving the Prize will be referred to as a winner (the “Winner(s)”).

The Gift Voucher Prize may be awarded automatically, with a code displayed on the screen confirming the win. The Winner of a Gift Voucher is responsible for keeping the associated code so that it can be used later in accordance with the Official Rules.

When the Prize is a Gift or the Full Look, the Winner should be contacted by email by the Sponsor confirming him/her that he/she has won the Prize, and asking him/her to confirm delivery details (address etc.), the required size for the Prize etc.

The name of any Winner could be communicated on the social media Instagram @maisonkitsuné, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

8.     Validity Prize Duration:

If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within two (2) business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited. Receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For avoidance of any doubts, only the Participants who had respectfully followed the Official Rules will be qualified for the random draw.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE, OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Sponsor sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE Contest, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9.     Rights Granted by Participant:

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), Participant understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, owner of the trademark Maison Kitsuné, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, Participant entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering this content, Participant represent and warrant that its entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s rights. If Participant entry infringes upon the right of another, Participant will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of Participant entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, Participant shall, at its sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

 

10.  Terms & Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Sponsor may select another Winner from all eligible entries received (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.  Limitation of Liability:

By entering, each Participant agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network,  hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any  part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of  the Contest or the processing of entries. 

12.  Disputes:

THIS Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF FRANCE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the Participant agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties,  and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Paris, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13.  Privacy Policy - GDPR:

14.  Acceptance

By fulfill the form attached in the content, Participant have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
