With a blend of relaxing vocals and alluring stories, singer/songwriter Cita has a lot to say. Releasing encouraging singles such as "Dear Girl" or venting about love in songs like "Are you really mine?", she draws in listeners with heartfelt lyrics and lucid harmonies. Born to a Puerto Rican mother and an African American father in Baltimore, her love of music started early. By age 8, she was creating music and writing her own songs. With a love of science and education, she decided to pursue a science degree. In 2014 she received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, but her love of music never left. She continued with her passion for music and went on to release her first independent EP, The Process, in 2018.
