Pollyn is hard to place into a specific genre. Born out of their mutual love for the sample-heavy 90’s electronic scene, Pollyn makes atmospheric music influenced by down-tempo, new wave, funk, world and traditional pop. A three piece from Los Angeles, Pollyn consists of vocalist Genevieve Artadi, guitarist Anthony Cava, and beat maker/percussionist Adam Jay Weissman. Originally sampling old records to make their music, Pollyn has matured throughout the years incorporating live percussion, synthesizers, and vintage drum machines to their signature sound.
