Strange Club is Greg Gonzalez and Sabastion Kimmel hailing from the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. Gonzalez is a multi-instrumentalist from the SF Bay Area and started producing hip hop over a decade ago. After starting an electronic band by the name of VIBES in 2015, then producing house-oriented sounds under his Templeton alias, he’s settled into something a little larger and a lot deeper with Strange Club. Kimmel is a drummer, vocalist, and longtime DJ from the East Coast. After getting his start in the music industry as a manager, record label startup, and event producer in New York, he moved to LA to run the artist relations division at Sonos, and now does the same at Shinola. For over a year now he’s been honing his vocal, writing, drumming, producing, and DJ skills in the name of Strange Club.
