How do you enter?

Try your chance to win a trip to Paris/Tokyo for two persons (the winner and the person of his/her choice).

The contest is open to all customers of the “Café Kitsuné Airlines” Pop-Up located at Café Kitsuné Vertbois in Paris, who have not yet subscribed to the Café Kitsuné newsletter.

To participate, entrants must purchase any product available during the Pop-Up and fill out a form to subscribe to the Café Kitsuné Newsletter using the tablet provided on-site for this purpose, with the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Date of Birth 'only individuals aged 18 or over are eligible)

Official Rules 

* Eligibility : This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years or older and who are new subscribers to the newsletters.

* Availability : Café Kitsuné Vertbois, located at 30 rue du Vertbois, 75003 Paris, only during the “Café Kitsuné Airlines” Pop-Up, the dates of which are specified in the Official Rules.

1. Agreement to Rules :

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Maison Kitsune as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

2. Campaign Period :

Entries will be accepted during the “Café Kitsuné Airlines” Pop-Up held at Café Kitsuné Vertbois in Paris, from September 5, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m., until October 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

To be eligible to win the Prize, participation must meet all contest requirements, as specified. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Café Kitsuné.

You may enter only once. You must provide the required information. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the official rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the official rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Café Kitsuné.

3. Prize : One (1) round-trip flight from Paris to Tokyo in economy class.

The winner may choose a person of his/her choice to accompany him/her during the trip to Bali (hereinafter the “Accompanying Person”). The Accompanying Person must be 18 years or older at the time of the trip.

Details of the Prize : 

Café Kitsuné will exclusively cover, for the winner and the Accompanying Person, the round-trip flight in economy class via the airline selected by Café Kitsuné, it being specified that:

• The departure and return flights must both take place from and to the city of Paris.
• Transfers between the place of residence of the winner and the Accompanying Person and the Paris airport are not covered. It is therefore the responsibility of the winner to arrange and finance their journey to the departure airport, as well as their return after arrival in Paris.
• The ticket includes cabin baggage only (according to the conditions of the airline selected by Café Kitsuné).

Prize Validity Period: The Prize will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Validity Period”). Travel dates must be mutually agreed upon no later than three (3) months in advance, provided that the winner has complied with all draw conditions outlined in the Official Rules, and has submitted all required information and/or documents (including but not limited to a valid passport necessary to travel) for both themselves and the Accompanying Person within the deadlines set by Café Kitsuné).

The following periods are excluded: end-of-year holidays (2 weeks total) and French school holidays.

The total stay in the destination city (Tokyo) may not exceed ninety (90) days.

The winner must provide all requested information to Café Kitsuné using the same email address as the one used for the Confirmation Email.

In the event the Prize Validity Period is exceeded and/or the winner fails to comply with the rules set forth in this section, Café Kitsuné may, at its sole discretion, cancel the Prize, without the winner being entitled to any compensation or able to hold Café Kitsuné liable in any way.

In the event that the winner cancels the trip less than three (3) months before the scheduled departure date, Café Kitsuné reserves the right to claim reimbursement from the winner for all costs already incurred in connection with organizing the Prize. This clause does not apply in the case of a medical certificate proving the winner is unable to travel.

The actual or appraised value of the Prize may differ at the time of award. The specific details of the Prize, including flight tickets, will be determined solely by Café Kitsuné. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Café Kitsuné’s discretion.

The Prize is non-transferable. Any expenses related to the Prize, including but not limited to all federal, national, and/or local taxes, as well as any necessary visas to enter and stay in Japan, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize to another person, or a request for a cash equivalent by the winner, is not permitted.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Café Kitsuné to use the winner’s and Accompanying Person’s name, image, and participation for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Winners Selection and Notification : The Winner will be randomly selected among the Contestants who have fulfilled the Official Rules and under the supervision of Café Kitsuné.

The Winner will be contacted by email by Café Kitsuné customer service the day of the draw, informing him/her that he/she has won the Prize and asking him/her to confirm in written by email to Café Kitsuné that he/she is interested in winning the Prize under the conditions mentioned above (hereafter the “Confirmation Email”).

The names of the Winner could be communicated on the social media Instagram @maisonkitsuné and/or @caféKitsuné, at Café Kitsuné’s sole discretion.

Café Kitsuné shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

5. Validity Duration of the Draw : If Winner cannot be contacted and/or is ineligible and/or fails to send the Confirmation Email requested by Café Kitsuné to confirm that he/she is interested in receiving the Prize within 2 business days from the time award Notification was sent, the Winner may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For avoidance of any doubts, only the Contestant who had respectfully followed the Official Rules will be qualified for the random draw.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE, OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Café Kitsuné sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

6. Rights Granted by You : By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Café Kitsuné, anyone acting on behalf of Café Kitsuné, its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Café  Kitsuné . If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Café Kitsuné from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Café Kitsuné may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

7. Terms and conditions : Café Kitsuné reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Café Kitsuné control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Café Kitsuné may select another Winner from all eligible entries received (if appropriate) the action taken by Café Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Café Kitsuné has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to avoid votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Café Kitsuné reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability : By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Café Kitsuné and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Contestant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network,  hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any  part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of  the Promotion or the processing of entries.  

9. Disputes : THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF FRANCE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, Contestant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties,  and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Paris, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Contestant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Contestant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. Insurance : The Winner and the Accompanying Person are recommended by Café Kitsuné to subscribe to an insurance covering the risks during the entire duration of the trip, including but not limited to the risks associated with bodily injury and property damage, illness, accidents and repatriation. 

11. Privacy Policy : Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on our website : https://maisonkitsune.com.

12. Sponsor : The Sponsor of the Campaign is Café Kitsuné, Paris, France.

13. By fulfill the form attached in the newsletter, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
