A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. * Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years or older. * Availability: Worldwide 1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Maison Kitsune as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign. 2. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on March 24th 2025 at 11 AM (Paris time) and ending on March 26th 2025, at 3:00 PM (Paris time). The draw will take place on March 26th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Maison Kitsuné. You may enter only once. You must provide the answer requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Maison Kitsuné. 3. Prizes : Kitsune Bien être new Perfume. The three winners can each win one (1) Kitsune Bien être new Perfume. The Prize will be sent directly by Maison Kitsuné to each winner, provided that each winner has fulfilled all the conditions of the random draw and has answers to the question requested by Maison Kitsuné within the deadlines imposed by Maison Kitsuné. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Maison Kitsuné. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Maison Kitsuné discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Maison Kitsuné to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event that the Validity Prize Duration is exceeded, the Winner will not be able to ask for any form of additional compensation and will not be able to engage the liability of Maison Kitsuné. 4. Odds: three (3) participants who entered the contest and correctly answered the question “What is the smell of the new Kitsuné Bien-être perfume ?”, in compliance with the Official Rulse, will be the Winners. 5. Winners Selection and Notification: 3 Contestants who correctly answered the question “What does the new Kitsuné Bien-être fragrance smell like?” will be randomly selected under the supervision of Maison Kitsuné. Each Winner will be contacted by Private message via Instagram by Maison Kitsuné customer service the day after the end of the competition, informing him/her that he/she has won the product and asking him/her to confirm delivery details (address etc). The names of the Winners could be communicated on the social media Instagram maisonkitsuné, at Maison Kitsuné’s sole discretion. Maison Kitsuné shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 6. Validity Prize Duration: If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For avoidance of any doubts, only the Contestant who had respectfully followed the Official Rules will be qualified for the random draw. By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Kitsuné France. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kitsuné France from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Kitsuné France may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. 8. Terms & Conditions: Kitsuné France reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Kitsuné France control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Kitsuné France may select another Winner from all eligible entries received (if appropriate) the action taken by Kitsuné France. Kitsuné France reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF FRANCE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
